Wedding Night Accomodation .. Park Hyatt

Carrying on the theme of our accommodation, I thought I might as well add how fantastic our reception package is through the Dockside Group as it includes our wedding night accommodation. With our reception package we had the choice of three hotels to choose from and seeing as our reception is in circular quay, we decided to choose the Park Hyatt. And dam I am glad we did.

The Park Hyatt - Circular Quay, Sydney

They have recently had a total hotel over haul and have been open again for maybe five months I think and the new photos of the place look amazing. I've always looked at the Park Hyatt and wondered what it would be like to stay in and when October comes round, I will finally be able to find out.

Our room is on the lower grade of the rooms that they offer, but it is still pretty amazing. We have the option to upgrade which I was originally thinking of doing for an extra $400, but now that I've seen the photos, I'm happy to keep the room as it is, and it saves us some money in the long run which is a bonus.

Here are some of the photos of the room that we are going to be staying in which is the City Harbour King, all credit goes to the Park Hyatt Website. I'm so excited. Even though all I'm probably going to do is pretty much pass out on the bed and not move for a good eight hours haha.

And this is how they describe the room:

Contemporary luxury greets all who step into this 40-45 sqm guest room, from the open plan design, architecturally designed bathroom and private balcony to views of Sydney's harbour and bridge or city skyline. One king bed boasts custom-made cotton linens, while residential amenities include 40-inch LED TV, Bose digital music system, Nespresso coffee maker and round-the-clock butler service.

It almost makes me wish that we could book it for another night but that would make getting to the airport for our honeymoon just a little bit harder as we need to be at the airport by 4am for check in. And the best thing is, its just a short walk from our reception place so we don't need a getaway car and we can get some nice night shots if we are still up for it as we have unlimited photography on the day. So I'm pretty stoked with all our accommodation so far....
